	Law & Order St. Louis Post-Dispatch July 3, 2002 Man sues priest, church, alleges sexual abuse A 21-year-old south St. Louis County man filed suit Monday against the Rev. Bryan Kuchar and the St. Louis Archdiocese, alleging sexual abuse. His parents joined their son in the suit. The family, which was not named, is suing for pain from multiple sodomy rapes in 1993, 1994 and 1995. They contend that the archdiocese was negligent in not properly supervising Kuchar, 36. The suit alleges the victim was abused when he was in the seventh and eighth grades at Assumption Parish School in the Mattese area and when he was in high school. Police arrested Kuchar in April and said he confessed to sodomy.
