A Roman Catholic priest is facing a second lawsuit accusing him of sexual misconduct involving a boy.

In a suit filed against the Rev. Martin Federici, a Nowalk teen-ager claims he was forced to watch the priest masturbate six years ago when he was a 12-year-old student at All Saint's Catholic School.

The plaintiff, who is now 19, claims Federici asked him to describe how he would kill someone, and committed the sexual assault as he answered the question, said the plaintiff's attorney, Cindy Robinson.

The suit was filed Wednesday in Superior Court.

Robinson said the boy's parents complained to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Bridgeport, and were told there had not been any similar incidents involving Federici.

But in May, a man who claimed he was molested 16 years ago by Federici reached a settlement with the diocese. The amount paid by Catholic Mutual Relief Society, an insurance carrier for the diocese, was not disclosed.

The man claimed that in 1983 when he was 15, he was molested twice by Federici, who was serving as pastor of St. Joseph's Church in Shelton.
