Joseph T. Rozint sexually assaulted him in the summer of 1977, when Rozint was associate pastor of St. Gertrude Church in Windsor and the plaintiff was a 13-year-old altar boy. The lawsuit, filed in Hartford Superior Court in September, identifies the plaintiff only as “John Doe.”
