	Molestation Charges against Former St. Louis Priest Joseph Ross Dropped KSDK August 6, 2010 http://www.ksdk.com/news/local/story.aspx?storyid=210669&catid=3 The Circuit Attorney has dropped charges against a former St. Louis priest who was accused of statutory rape, statutory sodomy and child molestation. Joseph Ross was arrested in Arkansas last week. He was accused of molesting the 11-year-old girl between 1998 and 2000 while he was the pastor at St. Cronan's Church Boyle Avenue in St. Louis. Ross pleaded guilty in 1998 of sexually molesting an 11-year-old boy during confession at Christ the King Church in University City in 1986. Ross was laicized in 2002.
