A Manchester attorney who represents 14 alleged victims of sexual abuse by members of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart yesterday filed a motion to attach the assets of the religious order and Bishop Guertin High School in Nashua, which it operates.

The motion filed in Hillsborough Superior Court seeks to freeze assets up to $35 million.

Lawyer Peter E. Hutchins last month filed a class action lawsuit against the order and Bishop Guertin.
