Description of Rev. John B. McCormack's "recommendations" for how Sr. Grace Kenning should deal with allegations against Rev. Joseph E. Birmingham. Kenning should refer parents and journalists to the chancery, and should not consult school records to determine the names of Birmingham's victims. Cardinal Law would be "made aware of the situation."
