Letter from a parishioner of St. Ann's in Gloucester, where Rev. Joseph E. Birmingham
had recently resigned for "reasons of health." A colleague's brother
was molested by a Fr. Birmingham in Salem in the late 1960s, and the St. Ann's
parishioner is concerned about his own son, who is an altar boy at St. Ann's.
Is the Gloucester Birmingham the same priest who was removed from St. James
in Salem "because he had molested boys"? See Rev. John B. McCormack's
